In this contemporary transformation, we painted the siding and window in Sherwin Williams Iron Ore.  We created an accent wall by placing Woodtone's Rustic Lap, a fiber-cement product that mimics the look of real wood, vertically on the left side of the balcony.  We then painted the fascia, soffit and lower railings in Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black, Sherwin Williams' deepest and truest black paint color.  The end result is the simple and sleek lines that look absolutely beautiful!  

The windows were replaced with new windows with black frames, trimmed in Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black, which contributes to a more contemporary aesthetic.  The new garage door with horizontal wood planks and vertical lites was selected to create a balance of the natural textures and coordinate with the vertical Woodtone accent wall.  Some finishing touches on the virtual exterior redesign include new lighting, house numbers, updated landscaping, and a fresh new concrete driveway.
