Our Atlanta clients were in love with this virtual exterior design rendering.  One of the biggest aspects of this transformation is undoubtedly the new lighter color scheme.  We painted the exterior brick and siding in Sherwin Williams Shoji White, a creamy, soft, and warmer white.  For the facia, soffits, gutters and downspouts, we chose Sherwin Williams 2021 Color of the Year -- Urbane Bronze, which presents as a contemporary gray paint color with rich bronze undertones that conveys a feeling of warmth and welcome. To create a nice yet subtle contrast between the different materials, we painted the frieze board and other trim in Sherwin Williams Sedate Gray.  

For the front entry, we chose a sleek and stylish wrought iron and glass front door with sidelights. In order to create some depth and dimension to the front entry, we added an awning with a standing seam metal roof, and added a lovely black metal lantern wall.  Window shutters were removed, with timber headers added.  The new garage door is a beautiful herringbone plank wood door.  Some finishing touches include an updated patio and extended walkway in bluestone pavers, new landscaping, refacing of the concrete driveway, and large metal house numbers over your front entry in a contemporary font.  The warm white color scheme, wood textures, and metal finishes help your home feel modern and sophisticated, while not sacrificing its natural warmth and ambiance!
